Nature of the Project

$PINO is presented on this website as a community-led meme coin on Solana. It is a high-risk digital asset associated with internet culture, trading activity, and community participation. It is not a deposit product, brokerage account, investment fund, savings product, or guaranteed yield opportunity.

The project also states that PINO was originally created through pump.fun's token launch flow. That platform context may help users understand how the token was launched, but it is not the same thing as a dedicated third-party audit, legal opinion, or guarantee of safety, liquidity, or value.

What "Community-Led" Means

When this site refers to PINO as community-led, community-run, or community-owned, it is using those terms in a cultural and operational sense. It does not mean that holding PINO gives you:

  • equity, stock, partnership, or membership rights in any company or legal entity;
  • rights to dividends, profit share, revenue share, or treasury distributions;
  • a claim over any contributor's assets, intellectual property, or personal property; or
  • any fiduciary duty owed to you by moderators, contributors, volunteers, or community participants.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and regional restrictions. This website does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, uptime, or security.

Wallet, Blockchain, and Trading Risk

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, device security, slippage settings, token approvals, transaction review, and any interaction with smart contracts or decentralized trading interfaces. Blockchain transactions can fail, be front-run, settle at unexpected prices, or expose you to total loss.

Never share seed phrases or private keys. Never trust a contract address sent in a DM or reply thread without verifying it against this site and public explorer data.

Pump.fun Launch Context, Not a Standalone Audit

For tokens created through pump.fun, the platform’s own help documentation states that token metadata is immutable, total supply is fixed at 1 billion tokens, and when a coin migrates to PumpSwap its LP tokens are locked and burned. Pump.fun also states that token info cannot be changed later because the contract is renounced and metadata is immutable.

Those are platform-level mechanics. They do not replace project-specific due diligence, and this site does not currently publish a named third-party smart-contract audit for PINO itself.

Eligibility and Local Law Compliance

You are responsible for determining whether accessing digital asset content, clicking external trading links, or acquiring tokens is lawful in your jurisdiction and suitable for your own circumstances.
